GES Field Day

Come on out and enjoy the fun!
The children will be competing in traditional Field Day games along with playing on the inflatables and
enjoying popcorn and parties!
Students will play and compete during the following times:
- K – 1st 8:30 – 11:00***
- 2nd – 3rd 9:30 – 12:20
- 4th – 5th 11:45 – 2:45
Grade level lunches and end of year parties will commence at:
- K – 1st 11:30***
- 2nd – 3rd 12:30
- 4th – 5th 11:00
Students will be divided into two teams per class, a white team and a red team. Once your child’s team assignment has been determined a note will come home. Please have your child wear either a white shirt or a red shirt if you have one.
***The kindergarten students will have a lemonade stand. Participation is voluntary and the lemonade will be on sale for $0.25 per cup***
Important Information:
- Please pack a change of clothes for your child, they will likely get wet during the water relay.
- Please pack a water bottle for your student if you have one.
- If you can come out to join the fun you may want to bring the following items:
- Sunscreen (some will be provided by 5th Grade),
- Chair
- Camera
